Our lights are a commercial grade product, these are not plug and play as we have to specifically cut, design and install them the first time of installation.

We purchase the product from a high-end vendor that has a wide variety of LED holiday lighting options to even patio lighting!

LED (light emitting diode) vs. Incandescent (conventional holiday lights):

• The energy use of an LED is about 1/10 the consumption of incandescent light bulbs, which is 50 watts of electricity/hr compared to 500 watts of electricity/hr for incandescent bulbs.
• LED’s stay cooler because they require less electricity which makes them safer to use and work with
• LED lights have a durability of 10,000 plus hours of life versus incandescent only has 3,000 hours of burn life
• We can connect up to 2000 lights in one run for LED’S compared to 600 lights end to end for incandescent
• If a bulb does happen to go out, all of the other bulbs will stay lit for LED’S, but if an incandescent light goes out on a large section, those other lights will not stay lit

The LED lights we provide have a minimum life expectancy of 3-5 years. When we take down your lights, we keep record of condition of the lights, but replacement of lights is weather dependent.

Unlike regular Christmas lights, if one goes out, the rest will stay lit since these are commercial grade.

We come back in the months of January-March, weather permitting, to take down your lighting.

If you wish to keep them up longer, please let us know and we can make special arrangements.

We store the lights, but you own them! This makes it a hassle free process for the following season when we come back to hang your lights. If you decide to go with someone else to hang them or yourself, we can drop them off anytime, as you own the lights!

Each project varies as we can install as little to as much as you want to make your place the most unique one on the block.

For residential homes, the initial investment may vary from $1500 to $3000 depending upon your budget. Commercial may range from $2600-$4000.

Although prices may vary year to year, you just pay for labor to come back and hang your lights the following season, unless you would like to purchase additional products.

After your initial consultation and confirmation to begin your project, we will schedule you out for install between mid October to December.

We require 35% down a week after agreement and the rest after completion of hanging your lighting decoration.

We will not use your lights, as the lights we use are proprietary from the vendor we purchase them through and are tailored specifically to your home.

If you can guarantee you have purchased lights from another Holiday lighting company that has previously installed lights for you, we may consider after looking over the lights you have, but cannot warranty any of the lights.

We emit the risks from you hanging lights. We specialize in custom high end lighting displays and seasonal décor. We want your family and neighbors to enjoy the holiday lights, as they are beautiful from year to year. We are trained professionals that strive to give you the unique display you deserve for the holiday season, all while providing a safe and hassle-free installation.
